Dear Students: You Need to Care about Your Education

Dear Students: You Need to Care about Your Education

I’m sure I’m not the first person to tell you that your education is important. It’s very very important. You need to treat it that way. Your education is a significant influence on your life. A good education will open doors of opportunity for you. The higher quality of education you obtain, the more opportunity you have access to. The less education you have (both in level and in quality), you’ll have less chances and opportunities to succeed in what you want to be successful in.

As your teacher, I can only help you so much. I can teach you information, give you feedback on your work, answer questions, and do what I can to motivate you, but you need to do the work yourself. You need to put in the time and effort. I can help, but I can’t do it for you.

No matter what, one day, you will no longer be a high school student. Your education is going to make a huge difference in your life after high school. Where do you want to go? What do you want to achieve? An education will help you along your path.
