Thank You to All the Helpers

Thank You to All the Helpers

Right now, it’s tough during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people have died, people are sick, and many people are in danger of contracting the virus. People are stressed out. People are either adjusting to having to abruptly start working from home, unemployed, or have to work in a riskier environment. People are not just physically isolated, but feeling emotionally lonely too. Nothing about what is currently going on is easy.

Thank you to the people who are working on the front lines. You help keep society functioning are definitely heroes. Without you, we would be in a much worse situation. Without essential goods and services, I don’t know how I would make it through this.

Thank you to all the people working still, whether at home or in an altered capacity. You are making sure that we still get our mail, our orders are still being delivered, our food is still being made, and our children still get their education. Even if we can’t see you, you are still working to keep society going.

Thank you to everyone who is helping keep their families strong. Thank you to everyone who is looking out for their neighbors and their community. Thank you to everyone who is reaching out and giving support to the people in their lives.

We may be apart, but we are not alone. We may be physically distant, but we are together in this struggle. Our challenges may not be exactly the same, but our overall goal is to make it through this pandemic. To everyone who is helping in any way, shape, or form, I’d like to sincerely say, “Thank you!”
